ProSights is a YC-backed AI finance automation company that is eradicating manual data entry with autonomous agents. In the past year, we have onboarded 15 of the 25 largest PE firms and 4 of the top 15 banks without any sales team. Across junior white-collar roles in investing, 15 - 20% of the job is spent copying data into spreadsheets, CRMs, and templates. We eliminate that work by reading unstructured documents, extracting what matters, and writing it directly into firm-specific systems so teams can focus on actual investing.

We are hiring a Head of Growth to lead go-to-market across private equity firms, consulting firms, and banks. You will own the full customer lifecycle from generating demand to closing strategic accounts, expanding revenue, and feeding product insights directly into the roadmap.

We sponsor any visa that allows you to work in the US in-person in NYC. We have sponsored O-1 visas and green cards and are open to TN visas, H-1B1, and other options as well.

What you will do

Sales and relationships

Own the full sales cycle from outbound to close for PE, banks, and consulting firms
Sell to senior leaders (CIO, CTO, heads of data and operations) and drive adoption across their organizations
Build and manage pipeline with junior investment professionals and operating teams
Use your network to open new doors and expand into adjacencies beyond PE and IB

Growth and marketing

Design and execute targeted campaigns, events, and content for finance buyers
Develop collateral, case studies, and narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Refine messaging and positioning based on customer feedback and performance data

Product, customer success, and operations

Act as a forward deployed operator with key customers to understand workflows and pain points
QA the product, help reproduce issues, and work with engineering to resolve them quickly
Shape the roadmap using direct customer feedback and observed usage
Create and refine presentations, proposals, ROI analyses, and supporting deal materials
Help build repeatable GTM processes and discipline around CRM and pipeline management

Who you are

4 - 6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a similar client-facing finance role
Strong communicator who can work effectively with everyone from CTOs and partners to analysts and data teams
Self-starter who is comfortable in open-ended environments with minimal structure
Able to influence strategy while also owning detail-oriented execution
Genuine interest in how AI is transforming finance and a desire to work directly with cutting-edge products
Existing network across PE, banks, and consulting firms
High attention to detail and thoughtful approach to unstructured, complex problems
Previous startup or founder experience is a plus
