Open Position

Management Consultant

Location: New York City
Type: Full time
Department: Strategy / GTM Operations

ProSights is a YC-backed AI finance automation company that is eradicating manual data entry with autonomous agents. In the past year, we have partnered with 15 of the 25 largest private equity firms and 4 of the top 15 global banks. Across junior white-collar roles in investing, 15 to 20% of the job is spent copying data into spreadsheets, CRMs, and templates. We eliminate that work by reading unstructured documents, extracting what matters, and writing it directly into firm-specific systems so teams can focus on analysis, judgment, and relationships.

We are looking for a Management Consultant – Strategic Account Analyst to work directly with the founding team and advise leadership on go-to-market strategy, enterprise account development, and scalable commercial systems. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is strong in structured thinking and enjoys solving ambiguous business problems. You will help design how we prioritize, engage, and expand enterprise accounts through frameworks, analysis, and executive-level recommendations, rather than executing routine day-to-day sales activity.

What you will do

  • Advise company leadership on the creation and refinement of ProSights’ go-to-market strategy, including market segmentation, account prioritization, and value proposition development
  • Evaluate and design scalable account engagement and sales-support processes, including lead qualification frameworks, pipeline structure, and account targeting methodologies
  • Provide strategic recommendations on market prioritization and customer acquisition approaches as the company enters new verticals or expands within existing enterprise accounts
  • Advise on the selection, implementation, and integration of CRM and sales enablement tools to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Assist in developing performance metrics, revenue forecasting models, and reporting frameworks used by leadership to evaluate commercial effectiveness
  • Provide input on the optimal structure of future commercial and account management teams, including role definition, hiring sequencing, and onboarding models
  • Develop structured frameworks for engaging with enterprise clients, including consultative engagement models, proposal strategies, and long-term relationship planning
  • Conduct strategic assessments of industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory considerations to inform positioning and differentiation
  • Prepare executive-level analyses and presentations synthesizing findings and recommendations for senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, GTM operations, revenue operations, or an analytical advisory role (experience in fintech or enterprise software is a plus)
  • Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and produce clear, executive-ready recommendations
  • Comfort building models and dashboards for forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance measurement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics for senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools; ability to evaluate and implement tooling and process changes
  • Strong judgment and ownership, with the ability to operate with minimal direction in a fast-moving environment

Bonus

  • Experience working with or selling into financial services (private equity, credit, banking, asset management, insurance, fund administration)
  • Experience designing account-based frameworks, segmentation methodologies, or enterprise account planning
  • Experience with AI/ML, data workflows, or enterprise data integration concepts
  • Exposure to security, procurement, and vendor management processes common in large financial institutions
  • Track record of shipping operational improvements that materially impacted revenue outcomes
  • Multilingual skills to engage with global financial institutions
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA)

Why this role and our culture

This role gives you a front-row seat to how a high-growth AI company is built. You will work directly with the founding team, see how key decisions are made, and own projects that directly affect revenue, product, and the commercial operating system. For the right person, this can be a springboard to future leadership roles in strategy, operations, product, or go-to-market.

  • Navy-SEAL small team ethos with a bias to ship value quickly
  • In-office Monday to Friday in our Chelsea office
  • 2 to 3 hours blocked daily after 6:30 pm for workouts and dinner
  • Subsidized gym membership, office nutrition and supplements provided
  • We look for people who are honest, intensely competitive, and committed to world-class performance. If you want to work very hard on problems that matter and learn faster than almost anywhere else, we would like to meet you.
